Package Marked as Delivered but Not Received

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

Lost Packages During Transit

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within:

  • Photos of the damaged package
  • Photos of the damaged products
  • Description of the issue

After reviewing your request, we will provide an appropriate solution.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
