At GlowLuna, every set of press-on nails is carefully inspected and prepared with love before shipping. Due to the personal nature and hygiene considerations of press-on nails, we are unable to accept returns or refunds for the following situations:

• Incorrect nail size/styles selected by the customer
  
• Personal preference changes

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours after purchase. Once your order has entered production or preparation, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
